2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Greg Overstreet - As President I would like to see a refresh in the neighborhood, making it more welcoming.
Jorge Montes - I believe as Vice President hard work and perserverence are the keys to accomplishing great results.
Mike Cardamone - As Treasure believe HOA finances should be managed with the same discipline of a successful business. Having the money doesn’t make the person smarter, you first need smarter people to manage the money effectively.
Dan Hoshell- My goal in Maintenance is to protect property values, prioritize preventative maintenance, and assure HOA funds are spent wisely.
Mike Bernhard - Good communication and accurate records matter. As Secretary, the goal is to help keep the board organized, informed, and connected to the community.

We encourage all residents to get involved with Grove Estates Homeowners Association and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.
