All Residents/Homeowners in Grove Estates:
♦ The Association’s management company is TPMG, Inc. and the lawn care company is Perfect Cut. TPMG monitors Association emails for homeowner inquiries.
♦ The City, County and FL-DOT wall installation phase of the project for Grove Estates along Pembroke Road is now complete. The Board has been told that the area on our side of the wall, at ground level, will eventually filled in with soil and be re-sodded but no timeline has been officially revealed to us.
♦ Whole community fertilization has been green-lighted and will be completed in March.
♦ The entrance lighting is complete and now highlight the refurbished/re-landscaped entrance walls.

♦ Please be advised that when you request then execute any landscape changes or replacements; Queen, Fishtail & Areca palms plus ficus hedges and bamboo are no longer allowed for planting. The costs required to keep these plant species healthy and aesthetically appealing negatively impacts our monthly budget. If planted they will be removed by the Association at the homeowner’s expense and/or subject the homeowner to fines.
♦ Any vehicle(s) with tires on the grass are deemed to be parked on the grass, a violation of the parking policy and are then subject to be TOWED. Remember to inform your guests of the policy and avoid the embarrassing situation of their vehicle(s) being gone when they attempt to leave your house!
All residents are reminded that City of Pembroke Pines Waste removal containers (emptied Tuesday and Friday am) and Recycle containers (emptied Tuesdays) must be properly stored until after 5pm prior to collection day and returned to proper storage before end (11:59pm) of collection day.
